Andrew Litzerman Earns CMT® Designation

Andrew Litzerman, CFA®, CMT®, Chief Investment Officer of Seascape Capital, recently earned his Charted Market Technician® (CMT) designation. The Chartered Market Technician® designation is awarded to those who demonstrate mastery of a core body of knowledge of investment risk in portfolio management.

To earn the CMT designation, professionals must meet a three-year experience requirement, successfully pass three comprehensive examinations covering topics in quantitative financial research and trading, risk management, applied behavioral finance, and portfolio management. To maintain certification, CMT professionals must meet ongoing continuing education requirements and adhere to the CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
