Tara joined Seascape Capital Management in 2025 as our Director of Investment Services. She brings over 30 years of experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in investment operations, compliance, and regulatory technology.
Tara began her career at a midsized regional bank in Boston before spending 26 years at Wellington Management Company LLP, where she played a key role in developing and managing operational and regulatory systems. Her deep understanding of the investment landscape and her commitment to precision make her an invaluable asset to the Seascape team. Tara holds a BS in Business Management from Stonehill College.
She is guided by Maya Angelou’s timeless insight: “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This client-centered philosophy is reflected in every aspect of her work.
In 2023, Tara and her family moved from Windham, NH to Salisbury, MA, fulfilling her lifelong dream of living by the beach. Outside of work, Tara has a passion for meteorology — she maintains a personal weather station and a collection of historical weather maps at her home. She shares her coastal retreat with her husband, two daughters, and their spirited cat, Hurricane, who was adopted in 2012 from the MSPCA.
